13. Data Protection Disclosure

Under the Swiss Data Protection Act (Art. 25 FADP) every person has the right to know which data is processed about them. If a member submits such a request, the club owner can create the complete disclosure as a PDF with a single click.

13.1 Creating the export

In member management (Club → Members) every member card carries a shield button for the owner - including inactive members (show them via the "List Inactive Members" toggle):

After a short confirmation the PDF is created and downloaded. Every export is logged - who created a disclosure for whom and when.

13.2 What the PDF contains

The document is written in the member's language and contains all personal data of this membership processed in the system: master data and expiry dates, membership details including contracts, emergency contacts, all flights (as pilot and as instructor), reservations, invoices, billing packages, vouchers, training progress, instructor availability, plus the logs (lesson requests, deleted reservations, SMS delivery) and the notification settings.

Good to know:

  • The export is strictly limited to your own club. If the person is a member of other clubs as well, nothing of that appears - the club-independent account master data is marked as such in the PDF.
  • Access tokens (calendar subscription link, push endpoints, account id) are never printed for security reasons; their existence is listed in the "Technical notes" section.
  • Not included are the login account (password) at the identity service and contract documents stored as files - both are shown as a note in the PDF.
